I went to the Dunkin Donuts Baskin-Robbins store on Cypress Glen Lane in Tampa Florida around 10:30 this morning. I was sitting at the drive-thru waiting to pay for my food and the store manager looked right at me and yelled "WHY ARE YOU STILL SITTING HERE?" the manager yelled at me as I was sitting there waiting to pay for the food I ordered. this is absolutely completely unacceptable Behavior. I was so upset by this that I actually left the drive-thru forgetting to get my food....read full review
