Dunkin' offers a mix of experiences for customers. While some find the store manager's communication issues with staff concerning, others praise the excellent customer service. The inconsistency in drink taste across different locations is a downside for some, but the efficient and kind staff make up for it. The morning rush doesn't slow down the service, with the team being fast and accommodating. Aiman’s warm smile and friendly demeanor made me feel welcomed and they genuinely cared about providing excellent customer service. The drink and food were perfectly made. I highly recommend visiting for a great cup of coffee, delicious donuts, muffins, bagels, and friendly service.
