I frequent this Dunkin' very often lately to dine-in while I spend a few hours getting my work done and this is one of the cleanest locations I have been to as well as having some of the best customer service from their staff.
During my visit today, one of the staff members Dominic was handling multiple orders at once and the whole time I waited he kept apologizing letting me know he would be right with me. Once I sat down, a woman came in demanding he come over to the donuts as he was making 3 coffees at once, not explaining why at first, but turns out there was a fly on a donut (come on.. really?) and she got so mad that he didn't come over immediately which I'm sure he would have if she mentioned the ONE fly. This clearly set her off because she started to get increasingly rude with him telling him he doesn't listen, shouldn't be in this business of customer service, etc. and the whole time he kept his cool, ignoring her insults. She left, and CAME BACK IN just to ask for the owner's card so she could call and report him. I couldn't believe how rude this woman was over such a small misunderstanding and want to give my kudos to the employee Dominic for how he reacted. 10/10 customer service at this location and all staff is super friendly!

Horrible experience . I politely ordered the cookie butter cold foam drink and was met with an argumentative response that even if I ordered it at another location days ago this location doesn’t have it . Then was charged for cold foam when I ordered whip cream . The order taker was very unprofessional and everyone should avoid this location the blend coffee spot not too far from here actually makes coffee well and treats customers with basic decency. DUNKIN please do better with hiring staff this was very unnecessary and isn’t how a customer would like to start the day .

-2 stars because The drive thru area is a hazard at night because it isn't fully illuminated: Today, I couldn't use the drive thru because another car got stuck between the raised platform and blocked the drive thru path.
It is so dark behind Dunkin donuts at night that I honestly don't blame him for getting confused. At least put a Reflective Barrier and some signs so cars can see that it's not an entrance, and can't try to drive through thinking it's connected.
Food is good for the price. And I had no issues with staff. There just needs to be more lights in the back and a reflective barrier- the poor lighting is something I've noted since the first day they opened that store, and it does make it hard to find the back entrance at night.

So slow. They move at the speed of molasses at the South Pole. WOW. I stop here every so often and it’s the same thing every time. Not sure why I bother anymore. What tops it all off they many times get my order wrong as well.

I want to commend Dominick and hope management views the post. He literally was running the store while others were to preoccupied he is an asset.

This was MY 1ST time here @ THIS DD. I had the $6 meal. I had a bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel with hash browns and french vanilla iced coffee it was really good and definitely worth the price the employees there are really nice especially the girl that waited on me her name was AUBRYANA. She is very friendly they are very fast and efficient and the prices are good

I ordered coffee paid at the drive-through was fast and courteous. Then I just drove off without my coffee and as I was driving off, I saw the Dunkin' Donuts lady employee ran out with the coffee saying I drove off without it. I think to very much she went above and beyond the coffee was fabulous. I was having a bad day and it was so nice. Dunkin' made it better.
