I’ve visited this Dunkin’ Donuts a few times purely out of convenience, but the service has consistently disappointed. The drive-thru is slow, and I often feel rushed when placing my order. On my last visit, I placed my order and pulled up to the window—only to be met with silence. No one was there. I waited about three minutes, assuming the cashier was busy making coffee, but there was no acknowledgment of my presence. Eventually, I just drove off. That was the final straw. I won’t be returning. I’d rather drive a bit farther for better service and basic courtesy.

Very bad service. They rush you through your order and snatch your money. They have no customer service.
Chris is the gentleman who normally serves me my coffee in the morning and he awesome!! Helped me find what exactly my order is every morning and is always super nice to me

Whoever was working on the shift of today June 4th 2025 needs a raise I forgot my food and they literally ran out and stopped me to give it to me. Exceptional service for a fast food place lovely staff.

Poor service. Very unfriendly
This place is absolutely unacceptable. I arrived 30 minutes before closing, and they had already put away the ice cream, which is a total disrespect to customers. The worker who served me was rude, disrespectful, and treated customers in an entirely inappropriate manner. This isn’t an isolated incident; I’ve had bad experiences multiple times, which shows that the general manager is doing nothing to address this situation. It’s clear that the lack of supervision and the employees’ attitudes are ongoing issues at this store. I’m not just leaving this comment – I will make sure that management, and the franchise owner, are fully informed about the situation. If this isn’t resolved, I can guarantee I will share this experience with as many people as possible. I will never return, and I will do everything I can to make sure this store gets the attention it deserves for its terrible service.

The person who give me my order was extremely rude. I just left the drive through. I wanted to add an item before I pay he rudely told me to go drive through all again. Have my 3 kids in the car. So frustrating
Absolutely terrible. Worst Dunkin I have ever been to. EVERY single time I have come they forget something. And I have gone like 6 times. It is very convenient to where I need to go that's why I come back. Otherwise I would never go back.
