It’s not difficult to take a plain bagel, toast it twice, then put some butter on it. That’s what you would normally say when you place an order spoken exactly like that. They even told me it would take longer which I agreed to wait. Upon receiving our order we left the location before checking the order. Big mistake. My plain bagel looked as if it was set next to the toast for about 20 seconds then covered with enough cream cheese to ruin multiple meals. If you’ve stuck around and said wait I thought he ordered it with butter??!! We think alike. Unfortunately the people working there didn’t get the memo. Zero stars if it was an option.

Pull surveillance at 4:12 PM November 30, this particular employee in the photograph, horrible attitude, giving me attitude saying we’re too busy, we are the only customers inside the store. It took 13 minutes to get our drinks. Literally said drive-through takes priorities cause they are on a timer and we aren’t. And then continue to give me attitude after pushing the drink down on the counter, and then threw his hands up like what, I told him he should quit his job if he hate it there so much. Maybe you should fire him and help him along.

Ordered my food quickly verified my order manager told me to move away from the window with an attitude when I asked for his name he stated he doesn't have to give me his name that he is the manager very poor service

As I waited over 10 minutes for my takeout order this morning, I saw a female employee preparing food touch her hair and the trash can with gloves on. Another customer complained to the male manager about it, who said something to the female employee and they both laughed about it. She changed her gloves but then proceeded to take her cell phone out of her back pocket, look at it then place it on the food prep area. I’m am appalled the manager’s initial handling of this situation (how they both laughed when the customer before spoke to the manager about the unsanitary handling of food), and allowing personal items (cell phone) on a clean food prep work surface. In the picture, her cell phone is sitting on the stainless work area.

Fully cooked crossaint (very rare) even warm but not burnt to a crisp Hashbrowns golden but not like hockey pucks Coffee ample sugar and creamer no skimping and making it taste like dirt. Customer service very friendly 10/10
I’ve visited this Dunkin’ Donuts a few times purely out of convenience, but the service has consistently disappointed. The drive-thru is slow, and I often feel rushed when placing my order. On my last visit, I placed my order and pulled up to the window—only to be met with silence. No one was there. I waited about three minutes, assuming the cashier was busy making coffee, but there was no acknowledgment of my presence. Eventually, I just drove off. That was the final straw. I won’t be returning. I’d rather drive a bit farther for better service and basic courtesy.
