The manager curses almost non- stop! It happens in his conversations with other employees. It’s not because of the employees work performances. I am certain it’s a huge turn-off for customs to hear such vial language in such a setting. Please leave off off the foul language!
They accidentally gave us two of the same thing instead of something we ordered and let us keep it and replaced the item they forgot. Most food places would have just thrown it away when returned... So I commend them for that and for promptly fixing our order. We did not have to wait long at all and they let us order more stuff at the window very quickly. Would recommend.

Want to give a shout out to a new employee at the register. This morning he resolved a concern I had but also provided an explanation for the situation. He was very pleasant (not condescending) , acted very quickly in providing a solution. Sadly I did not get his name but I hope the manager gets this review. The drive thru line might look long but it moves really fast. Thank you Dunkin’ for my morning fixes.
