I've used Eat Right for a little over four months now, and the experience has been rocky, to say the least.
First of all: the food is great. No complaints there.
Unfortunately, the operations and customer service is horrendous. Good luck getting anyone to respond to their HELP chat (which is also their email -- it's all sent through a Zendesk app which is apparently not monitored). Even calling is hit-or-miss: I've gotten through ONCE, on at least two dozen attempts...the...read full review
