The food was amazing. I enjoyed baked fish with garlic sauce, red beans, rice, and fried yucca. If I could've activated another stomach so that I could eat more I would have. The portion wasn't large which disappointed me at first, but it was enough and very flavorful. I'm definitely going back. The tostones are good here too.
Beautiful place, delicious food at a reasonable price. From juicy meats to savory seasonings El Embajador hits the spot if your craving Columbian food. My husband and I drove by, took a chance and stopped in for lunch. We're in love. The owners are very kind folks, from humble origins in South America to successful business owner in Tampa. Our waitress Diana was wonderful, making our dinning experience complete. Will definitely be back very soon.

I had ordered empanadas from here. They were amazing and the service was very polite and personable. I didn't get a chance to eat anything else from here yet, but the empanadas are top notch. The restaurant is nice, clean And modernized. The restaurant is either eat in or you can take it to go. The staff is very good at keeping you informed on your order status
