The restaurant has a good-sized dining area with a mix of tables and booth seating, providing a comfortable atmosphere. While the service was generally good, some guests encountered language barriers with the Spanish-speaking hostess, which initially set the pace for the evening. However, the server was able to assist with menu questions and guide them through the ordering process.

Despite the initial language challenges, the food at Pisco is the star of the show. Guests raved about the perfectly cooked and flavorful dishes, such as the Jalea de Mariscos, a massive seafood dish with octopus, squid, mussels, shrimp, and fish, served with fried yucca, pickled onions, corn, and tomato salad, as well as the Chicharrón de Pollo with white rice.
