El Fogón De Felo is a small business with authentic food. The picadera and chimi are excellent, with great portions. The mofongo, tres golpes, and mangu are amazing and the best in Tampa. However, the la Bandera dish was extremely disappointing. The location is absolutely horrible with no realistic parking, but they are changing their location to 5502 N Armenia Avenue.
