Nice little food truck. I got the mofongo with carne frita. I wanted the trifongo, but someone bought the last maduro right before I got there. I ended up buying a maduro and some chicharrones on the way home and doctored it up to perfection. The carne frita was well seasoned and cooked.
Anica was very pleasant and social. Our alcappurias were delicious and queso con guava to die for!!! I can’t wait to eat my relleno de papa!Thank you Anica! I heard she filling for hubby who is sick! Get well soon hubby, and thank you for such a beautiful wife!!
