Can’t get someone to stay on the phone long enough to find out if an item is in stock. Have been on hold for over an hour. This is absolutely unacceptable. At what point in the line of people will my call or request become important enough to answer? The people have absolutely zero customer service skills.
Very poor customer service received today by the manager. I came into the store to try and work through an exchange and was told by the manager that she could not help me and to call the 800 number. To my face, after driving on my lunch break for help she turned me away saying she was retail and that she could not, and would not, help me with online. She also would not give me her name. I then did spend the rest of my lunch break speaking with customer service that did apologize....read full review
