Shout out to Kiara who was working the fitting rooms right before close today. I came to this store earlier in the week trying to find an outfit for my interview and the woman who was working there at the time was no assistance at all. For one, I was the only customer at the store at the time and needed help with sizing and was basically told to come back another day because that was all they had even though I had checked online and verified my size was available. This discouraged me so much I literally just left. Came back today and Kiara changed my entire mood. She really deserves a raise and I hope the company realizes what an asset she is. THANK YOU KIARA.
If I can give Express zero stars I would. This company has gotten worse over the years and I will no longer be spending my money with them. I had my email updated months ago due to it being compromised and have been receiving emails at my new email address. Today, I was going to place an order and saw that my account had reverted to the compromised email address so I called customer service. They informed that they cannot help with update information anymore and I should create a new account losing all my points. I then stated that I had been getting emails on my new email address and got one earlier this morning so who requested the change. They just kept saying I needed to create a new account. At this point I am done with them. There are other stores that I can spend my money with that are not deceptive and trying to get over on their customers. Just wanted to share my experience so that people are aware of what Express is now doing.
Lindsay at the staff @ the store today made my shopping experience with a Terrorist…. I mean my Toddler completely bearable! They were absolutely amazing Thank you so much
My friends and I are visiting from out of state and Tylor had amazing customer service and was a tremendous help while shopping today!! Please give this young man a raise!! We will be back to shop in the future only because of Mr Tylor!! Thank you!!! :)
Phillip was such great help!!! He took care of us (mom and I) when we had some returns. There was someone next to us so mean to the staff and they remained so calm and courteous. Great staff here and my best experience at an Express! Thanks, Phillip!
Extremely rude staff and poor customer service.
Tylor , thank you for helping me today!!! Very personable & educated on the inventory!!!
There two young men, Tylor and Philip, were absolutely sensational with their customer service and fashion skills and suggestions. They made our shopping experience for our High Schooler, so pleasant. They were very friendly and yet professional. Both exceptionally knowledgeable! THANK YOU both for working so well together.
And of course made a great sale!
Amazing customer service! BIG mahalos (thanks) to Tylor for his outstanding assistance — he was attentive, professional, and personable. He truly went above and beyond, making our shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. We’ll definitely be back because of his excellent service!
Dude staff is tuff, great people, SUPER HELPFUL

Poor and annoyed attitude from closing female cashier on 7/12
Creating this review to bring attention to the horrible customer service at this location. I went in today to return something that I purchased at an Express in Savannah, GA 2 weeks ago. The employee(maybe a manager? A white woman) immediately looked at the receipt and stated with a rude tone, “This was purchased at a factory store so it would need to be returned at a factory store”. What she said wasn’t the issue, it was how she said it, loud and kind of aggressive. Then proceeded to repeat it after I asked what a factory store was(I didn’t put 2 and 2 together that factory stores are at outlet malls). Then she felt it necessary to say, “Factory stores sell their items with cheaper material to sell easier, I would never shop at a factory store. No outlets for me”. 1, I purchased the item in a different town because I needed to find something last minute for a graduation dinner, not because I was trying to buy something cheap? 2, my family and I have been Express customers for years, I didn’t even realize there was that big of a difference between an Express at a mall and an Express at an outlet mall(I just see “Express” and take my business there lol). The employee had a demeanor as if I purchased something at a dollar store and tried to get over on her and return it at Express. It was a very strange, unprofessional way to handle the situation.
Tylor was the best!!!
As stated in other reviews, Express is clearly only after profits over people. I needed to return some items which I thought I would have 30 days from when I received item however it is 30 days from when order was placed. As express is usually pretty good about getting items quickly I’ve never run into this problem. However this time, there was severe weather impacting delivery times (even snow in Florida, which hasn’t happened in many many years) and when I went to return my items, I was unable. First, I was told to call a number by express cashier to get bounced back and forth between two numbers (not even a call transfer). When I was finally asked after a few transfers to talk to management, I was hung up on. I asked the manager to call for me (she was hesitant and not very helpful). The supervisor for their customer service line was also incredibly unhelpful saying it was policy and there was no room for exceptions as they had changed their policy in 2024 without even an email explaining said changes only “we have updated our terms and conditions”. It’s manipulative and backhanded and I will be looking for another competitor to spend money at instead.
The customer service at this Express location is not what it used to be—it’s gone downhill. Maurice, in particular, needs serious training. I waited in line far too long because he was taking an excessive amount of time with the previous customer. When I politely asked if he could bring another cashier, he simply shook his head “no.”
To make matters worse, I saw the manager standing behind the register, but instead of stepping in, she made eye contact with me and walked away. Maurice then attempted to process a return for me that was well within the holiday return window, but their system claimed my receipt was non-returnable. When I asked him to call Express’s online services for assistance, he pointed to the phone number in front of me and said I can call it.
I ended up calling, and the representative quickly resolved the issue. I put the call on speaker, and the rep had to explain to Maurice how to do his job. What truly shocked me, though, was that the manager, who had avoided helping earlier, suddenly appeared to assist the next customer.
I miss the days when Express made me feel like a valued customer. Associates used to offer help and make thoughtful suggestions, but now the staff seems miserable, and customers are treated like a burden.
