Shout out to Kiara who was working the fitting rooms right before close today. I came to this store earlier in the week trying to find an outfit for my interview and the woman who was working there at the time was no assistance at all. For one, I was the only customer at the store at the time and needed help with sizing and was basically told to come back another day because that was all they had even though I had checked online and verified my size was available. My friends and I are visiting from out of state and Tylor had amazing customer service and was a tremendous help while shopping today!! Please give this young man a raise!! We will be back to shop in the future only because of Mr Tylor!! Thank you!!! :)
Phillip was such great help!!! He took care of us (mom and I) when we had some returns. There was someone next to us so mean to the staff and they remained so calm and courteous. Great staff here and my best experience at an Express! Thanks, Phillip!
