This is a beautiful venue on the river and the food was very good. The server was quite busy and so service was very slow. We had a 6pm reservation and didn't receive our entrees until 725. had to push to pay the check by 740 so we could make our 8pm show 3 blocks away. The dining room was half empty so I'm assuming this was a staffing problem.
I always have a good time whenever I go to Jackson's!! It was a ch an amazing time with the ladies on our last visit and the service was and the s always good and our server was absolutely amazing!! I give him 10 stars!! 🙌🏽🙌🏽👏🏽👏🏽🤩🤩🤩
Love Jackson's. It's been a fave for years. I'm getting used to the new outside design but it's growing on me. I was super disappointed in the service last time, but this time our server (who grew up in Bettendorf, IA) was amazing. We loved her. I would like to see Jackson's fix up the women's bathroom. Even a coat of stain on the door would make a difference! The grouper/crab dinner is so good... as is the ribeye with crab bearnaise sauce!
