Terrible experience. Decided to try Firehouse for the first time when I saw the new garlic bread meatball sub. First I was shocked at the price for a sub, I could’ve eaten better at Five Guys for that price… it took over 12 mins to get my food when we were the only ones in the store for the first 10ish mins. This has to be the worst firehouse subs. We asked for our subs to be steamed and it was crunchy, and veggies were wilted, and the sheer amount of sauces flooded the sand which. When I asked them to remake it they stated nothing was wrong.
Clearly this store does not live up to Firehouse Subs Corporate. They need to be audited for their food, experience, and freshness of the product.

Absolutely do not recommend this location. I ordered a sandwich with delivery through DoorDash, everything was great until it was delivered COVERED in green mold. I first contacted the store, to notify them of such and simply wanted to request it be remade for delivery or I would pick it up as they had no control over DoorDash delivery.
