Fit Bowl Co. - Sparkman Wharf

I went for my first time yesterday after a run club and ordered the Beachside Smoothie and it was amazing. Light, refreshing and not too sweet. Especially after a nice workout. Definitely will come back to visit.

I went midday on a Saturday and there was no line so the service was quick! I got the Beachside smoothie and it was delicious! My friend got an açaí bowl and loved hers as well!

They refused to accommodate my dietary restrictions. I can’t have banana and every base they offer has banana. They refused because they said that banana adds to the texture. I let them know that I’d rather the texture be off than get sick from something I can’t eat. They still refused.

I ordered only 1 vanilla soft serve ice cream cone ~$7 that’s it. Which was priced fine, but then like every place they ask for a tip. Considering this is once again counter service, nobody waiting on you, no cleanup for them and my order was simple I didn’t tip. I said thank you and the lady didn’t acknowledge me or say anything back just handed me my cone which I thought was kinda rude. Then I started eating my soft serve and the whole center was hallow/empty lol. Definitely felt jipped and felt intentionally petty.

Poor service

Over-priced, freezer burnt garbage. Went there expecting fresh ingredients, ended up getting fruit that could’ve chipped my tooth. Avoid @ all costs if you’re in the area .

Came in today for a smoothie and the young gentleman behind the counter was friendly, professional and walked me through the different options as it was my first time there! I will be back! Great experience! 👍

I ordered an açaí bowl to go and when I arrived at my destination I realized my açaí bowl did not contain everything I ordered. The bowl I received wasn’t so good, I’ve had tastier açaí bowls elsewhere.

We ordered the raspberry and strawberry acai bowl with a drizzle of peanut butter, which was kind of good.

We also ordered the strawberry banana smoothie and we loved it.

The employees are very kind, their smiles are wonderful, and their behavior is polite and kind.

Suggest adding different sizes of cups and bowls to suit all orders
