“It's been a while since I have been to 5 Guy's but have the burgers become smaller?? It certainly is smaller than their franchise restaurants outside of the US!
The preparation was fresh though and the burger was tasty but I can't get over the fact that the burger was distinctly smaller from the last time I ate!“
“***Update 8/29/25*** ordered $77 worth of burgers & fries for family dinner and everything was wonderful. I let the store know at pickup I appreciated FRESH fries since my last 3 orders weren’t great. He apologized and thanked me for the order. Store was clean and workers seemed happy to be there.
This location is normally good but tonight my lettuce wrap burger was wrapped in the white very unappetizing part. Fries were the bottom of the batch a bunch of nubs. A costly disappointment.“
“So I was having "one of those days" and thought I'd cheer up with a simple vanilla milkshake. So stopped in a Burger King, but the machine was broken. So went to McDonald's next store...but the machine was broken!!! So then I went to 5 Guys on Kennedy. Not only did I get a Milkshake but he gave it to me FREE! Again, this is what makes 5 Guy's the only option, and the best option! I won't even think of going to other burger joints again! 5 Guy's wins with kindness!! And I will pay ot forward by buying a milkshake for someone!!! Again, THANK YOU 5 GUYS!!!“
“I usually don’t leave reviews but today I went to get something to eat after work and I ordered the grilled cheese with a pattie I get home and the pattie wasn’t on the sandwich I called them she told me i can come back and when I got there the sandwich was already freshly made for me with a gift card and an apology 10/10 would recommend this 5 guys everyone is so nice and accommodating !!! I didn’t get the lady name but she wears glasses and blonde hair !! Thank you again!!!“
“Typical Five Guys. There's nothing bad to report. If you have never been to a Five Guys before, they are known for their burgers. You can snack on free peanuts to your hearts content while waiting for your food. One person can easily spend $25 for a burger, fries, and a drink.“
“Five stars for the five guys: Brian, Chad, Chris, Jake, and Raul. They were awesome! What you need to know before you go: don’t wear white, bring extra napkins, never order a large fries—oh, every burger is a double. But name one that’s better!“
