Food is hot and fresh but I didn’t appreciate the Caucasian male taking my order keep referring to me as GIRL. That was highly inappropriate and very unprofessional. I tried to overlook it but that’s not how you address customers. I don’t know if he thought it was cute or funny but I’m just going to say immaturity.

Come here twice a month usually. Today I came in and the burgers tasted exactly like a cheap burger you would get from steak and shake, got it with bacon and the bacon was burnt and not a little burnt, black! Ive never had a bad thing to say about 5 guys but Thursday night was the worse food I ever ate there. Is the quality going down?

Always busy. Best fries and burgers. A bit pricey but well worth it. They serve milkshakes but I've never tried one and I think I just might do that soon... Anything to get those fries and a little cheese burger
