Based on the reviews, Potbelly Sandwich Works is a restaurant with friendly and professional staff, including individuals like Bryan and Moody who provide excellent customer service. The food is generally tasty, with specific mentions of the pizza melt sub, ham and Swiss sandwich, and fantastic bread. However, the broccoli cheese soup was very runny and grainy, so it is recommended to skip it and try the potato soup instead. The cubano sandwich was smaller than expected. Drinks are fresh, and milkshakes are always good. The restaurant can seem a bit untidy at times, but the crew is fast, polite, and welcoming.
