I would always pass this place not knowing what it was, until one day my curiosity got the better of me and I went inside. Amazing to say the least. The decor is awesome, and the lady behind the counter took her time and went step by step with me on the menu and set up of everything. The food is delicious and the service is awesome.

Fresh Kitchen is one of my favorite places to grab a quick bite. The selections are already cooked. You get in line and just tell them which base, veggie and protein options you want. The food is pretty fresh as I am seeing them constantly cook and replenish the food. The price is very reasonable, 10.50 for a 4 bowl which consists of 2 bases, 1 veggie and 1 protein. The protion is more than enough to fill me up. I ordered the 6 bowl option which gives you 2 bases, 2 veggies and 2 proteins for an extra $3.25. The portion is enough for 2 people to share or 2 meals. Considering the price, this is my alternative go to when I want "fast food". It's healthier and just as quick to order and get.

I used to love FK but the last two times I got their grilled bbq chicken it was burnt and ruined the whole bowl. It wasn’t as bad last time but I got it today for lunch and the burnt chicken was bitter and nasty. Very disappointing.

Delicious and fresh food with counter service. The one I went to is located in new Tampa, in a large shopping center with plenty of parking. Went on a Thursday night and it was very busy. We ordered at the counter and it was ready right away. They have a good variety of fresh and healthy foods. I would definitely recommend this place, they have an indoor dining room as well as outside seating.

I have been here several times! The service is exceptional and the Food is amazing and healthy. It is my go to and I drive a little bit to get there but it’s worth it.
The place is appropriately named. I've eaten Fresh Kitchen several times and have enjoyed their various bowls. I'm a big fan of the coconut rice and the sweet potato noodles as a base. It's worth getting the bowl option with nore items so you can enjoy the variety of tasty options. Blackened chicken is a fave for me, but there are several yummy protein choices available!

The guy with the curly black hair this morning was very helpful with explaining the menu to me and telling me the allergens and made sure to swap his gloves, offered me a bag after getting the steak. The steak is pretty good, goes well with the balsamic they recommended. Will definitely come again!

Fresh kitchen is really good. It's fresh and that's always a win. I'm starting to salivate just thinking of it to be honest. The salmon(2) and cilantro cauliflower rice with mixed greens avocado cherry tomatoes is really calling me. That's what I always get. If they could just stop over charging for each item or making the salmon so small that would be nice because it is pretty pricey. Maybe if they had one less person working in the front cus let's be honest there's too many people it's kind of intimidating and less intimate with so many employees just scooping food into a bowl. Maybe then the customer would get a bit more value. Just saying.
