I think the picture is self-explanatory as to why I was not happy with my order. I asked to have the cookie cake look like just like the display. With what I thought was a simple request, to just have the letters “HB” written on it, turned out horrible!!! I cannot believe this is even acceptable and that the manager of the store Maureen WROTE ON THE CAKE AND packaged the order. After I spoke with Maureen to try to find a solution I asked her to refund my money. She said once you pick it up that’s it, nothing she can do. When I asked for the owners name, she said “Tampa twist treat” and refused to give me the owner name or number or a way I could contact them. She actually encouraged me to write a review and see if I have luck getting ahold of an owner this way. Please tell me this is not what customer service and cake decorating has come to? So disappointed.

The staff had standard service. But the cookies?!? Terrible. I can taste how cheap the dough was and they’re overpriced for that. I actually wouldn’t mind if you charged me more for an excellent quality cookie. I was so mad at my purchase, I went out of my way to write a review for how disappointing these cookies were, especially being in a prime location. “Burned and turn” of a customer for me.

I live in Ohio. I have ordered cookie cakes for almost all of my daughter's 24 birthday's, and other celebrations throughout the years. They always did a great job at Dayton Mall in Ohio. My daughter now lives in Tampa. I have ordered her 22nd, 23rd, and 24th birthday cookies from the Tampa store. I have had awesome experiences each time, especially considering I'm ordering over the phone from OH and my daughter picks them up in Tampa. Each one is custom to my specification and never picked from a premade design of GAC. I'd post pics of each of I could on here. A girl named Rebecca has decorated the last 2, not sure who did the 1st one. Thank you for working with me and what I've ordered online and then calling to verify what I want, then creating great designs. ??

Love this location! They knock it out of the park with the designs every time and quality is always exceptional! They've made many cookies for workplace events and never disappoint!

The owners are horrible, they only want the younger people working there. They are not good to their employees, if they don't want you there they just take you off the schedule and don't tell you anything. They have you work a lot long hours, and then don't bother with you. There is no benefit to working there.
