I had such a great experience at this store! I love Häagen-Dazs ice cream, and they had so many flavors I wanted to try. The girl who helped me was very patient and gave me samples of all the ones I wanted. I ended up getting a caramel cone milkshake, and she made it extra thick, which I really appreciated. This was the best milkshake I’ve ever had! I also had a chocolate chip cookie. She offered to warm it up and it was delicious. Buying ice cream at the store is a totally different experience from just having it at home!
Solid spot for good-quality ice cream. The flavors are rich, and the texture is smooth and creamy. Irish cream brownie and Dulce de Leche are worth trying. The staff is polite and efficient, and the place is clean and convenient for a quick break from shopping. Don't leave the mall before stopping by!
Very nice place
This is my favorite place in the mall and I always visit it because they have the best ice cream I have ever tasted. The customer service is excellent.

They closed while people were in line. They let us stand in line for 10 minutes and the closed on multiple customers.

Slowest service and all employees go on break at the same time!! 40 mins in like for two milkshakes. That’s ridiculous. As a tourist location there should be more then 3 employees trying to figure out how to make orders
