I just finished an ice cream mini. It was good
I was very disappointed The one place I wanted to go for my birthday my 65th birthday at that we get there and nothing no percentage off no freebies it nothing for your birthday and then the next day I get a text saying let me have your birthday so we can celebrate the next time or something like that so yeah zero stars absolutely zero stars this place sucked The girl had no idea what she was doing ask the manager and he was like no we don't do anything it sucks
The sundae at Hampton Chocolate Factory was delicious. Andrew took such special care making our sundae and we really enjoyed it!

Customer service was terrible. It was my first time coming here and whew. I felt rush when looking at the menu because of the worker kept asking me what will I get. Also when I ordered I kindly asked if I can get dark chocolate instead of white and she said it was too late and rolled her eyes! Never again. Please do better when it comes to employees! Ridiculous!
