We sat and watched our food sit at the counter ..when it came up other parties got there and ours got pushed aside...I almost got up and got ours .. but it I didnt...by the time we got it ..it was not so hot ..pretty sad ..we watched out waitress stand at the bar ...she watched the bartender make drinks for another party...service here and food lacks organizational skills...

Made a reservation at the restaurant for six people for a birthday three of us were already here. I get notified that my table is ready. I get to the counter and they tell me they will not see me because all six are not here. That is unacceptable was never told that at the time of making the reservation that your whole party has to be here

My experience at the Hard Rock Cafe in Tampa was bad, especially regarding the service. Although I introduced myself as an employee from another Hard Rock, I wasn’t seeking the discount; I was simply looking for an experience that matched what I provide at the Hard Rock Cafe in Tenerife.
When I introduced myself, no manager approached the table for a table visit, which I found unprofessional and far from the standards I’m familiar with.
The only genuinely kind and friendly attention I received was from a girl at the Rock Shop, who was blonde and very nice, and her service truly reflected Hard Rock’s values.
In summary, I expected a level of service that matched the brand and the experience I deliver myself

Went for my besties birthday and had so much fun! She won big, I lost small! Drinks were amazing at all the different restaurants and bars. They only negative is the long wait everywhere to get drinks.
Any time you visit Tampa and have a little time and a little cash this an excellent place to enjoy, walk around, play eat and shop. No entry fee. No parking fee. Drinks are not free!!!!!

Not a great place for food or service, especially service! Waitress got our appetizer out before even our drinks came out, took 15mins for our drinks, my mom ordered a bone in ribeye which was undercooked (temp was supposed to be med well) asked to be cooked up then came back well done! And tasted like they sprinkled ash all over it, managers refired it but we never got an apology at all, then the waitress lost my Players card! Unbelievable horrible service, will definitely not recommend this to anyone and will not return! No Thanks!!

Ordered a burger medium and it came back well (we waited an extremely long time) they sent our burger back to be recooked and it came back well done again. Dry over cooked twice. Their sliders used to be great but they aren't on the menu anymore.
