My entire order arrived damaged. The ice cream arrived frozen solid but appears to have melted and been re-frozen at some point. I took a spoonful out of one pint and the taste was off. Very odd and unlike any other time I've ordered. I emailed customer service the day it arrived 1 week ago and again a few days ago and no response. No resolution. I also called. No answer. An automated system just says to leave a message and someone will contact me. This is unlike Jeni's. I've been a customer for a few years and never had any issues. At $12 per pint, the ice cream should arrive fresh and the customer service should be better than this. I'm extremely disappointed. š¢

Fave ice cream and buttery fresh baked cones/shells since first visit in ATL 11 years ago! They taste like they smell! Tried opaque tonight and it was delightful! So happy to have closer to home in SC!

If youāre visiting Armature works or the Riverwalk you must stop in here! Smells great when you walk in, very clean. The bramble berry ice cream and the lemon bar dairy free are a great combination and delicious! Creative flavors, we will be back

Had about 30 ice creams on the board and only 10 available. Zero chocolate items available. Why have a board with amazing options when you only have a third of the worst choices.

My grocery only carries limited flavors. So, I ordered some flavors to be shipped. I chose a delivery day that I knew I would be home all day. My delivery has been delayed a day. I donāt care how much dry ice they ship it in, I will most definitely receive melted ice cream as it will have been in transit for at least three days by the time it arrives. On the weekend, when they have no customer service available. From now on, I will stick with the other Ohio ice cream, Graeterās, when I want ice cream shipped to Virginia. Theirs always arrives early on the day it is expected.

We drove over to Jeni's excited that we finally have a location in Tampa as we love the one in Atlanta. We arrived just before 10pm on a Sunday. It was our understanding that the location should have been open until midnight, but the doors we're locked. What made it worst is that a guy was sitting behind the register as if he didn't see us there. No apologies, just ignoring us. Next time I'll wait and try another location.
