I was so excited to try…love the flavor concepts! However, have had better at a lower price point.

Fave ice cream and buttery fresh baked cones/shells since first visit in ATL 11 years ago! They taste like they smell! Tried opaque tonight and it was delightful! So happy to have closer to home in SC!

Awesome place to get some good ice cream, they taste super really good, I will definitely recommend this place, and the crew were really friendly and helpful.
Good job guys and keep the good work, do not let ye bad comments get you down. 😊

Stopped by this ice cream spot right off the pier in downtown Tampa, and it definitely hit the spot on a hot Florida day. The location is perfect—right near the water with a great view and easy to find while walking around downtown.

The ice cream itself was really good—rich, creamy, and plenty of unique flavors to choose from. I tried the salted peanut butter and it was smooth and not overly sweet, which I appreciated. Portions were generous for the price, and the staff was friendly and quick.

Great atmosphere, great ice cream. Would absolutely come back again!

My grocery only carries limited flavors. So, I ordered some flavors to be shipped. I chose a delivery day that I knew I would be home all day. My delivery has been delayed a day. I don’t care how much dry ice they ship it in, I will most definitely receive melted ice cream as it will have been in transit for at least three days by the time it arrives. On the weekend, when they have no customer service available. From now on, I will stick with the other Ohio ice cream, Graeter’s, when I want ice cream shipped to Virginia. Theirs always arrives early on the day it is expected.

Jeni’s icecream manages to accomplish a level of flavor that has never been attained before. From gooey butter cake to double dough to vegan Texas sheet cake, the flavors are the perfect combination of savory sweet. Initially skeptical of another ice cream brand, Jeni, who is from Ohio, manages to delight tastebuds on a way I thought previously impossible. Recommend buying your pints here rather than the grocery store to get the full selection of flavors!

I came here to say, I have never heard of this brand before but last night while shopping at my local Jay C (kroger), I stumbled across the Gluten free Gooey Butter cake ice cream and i’m so very glad I did!!! it’s delicious!!!! It’s not often us Gf people get to have cake and I actually don’t care for ice cream. I rarely eat it but that has all changed thanks to Jeni’s. I love it so much I might have ate half of it in one sitting….we listen and we don’t judge 😝. A+++++++++. Please don’t stop making this!

Sooo…I’m always on the hunt for the perfect chocolate ice cream…and this evening, as I visited Nan’s in Stow MA to grab some dinner, I discovered a cooler full of your ice cream, and thought I’d give “Darkest Chocolate” a try… I’m instantly hooked. Intense cocoa flavor, incredibly smooth and creamy, just an excellent chocolate ice cream that doesn’t “over-try”, but achieves a simple yet elegant ice cream experience. The only store bought ice cream that gives this brand some competition is the Zanzibar flavor of Chocolate Shoppe in Wisconsin…and so as a New Englander, Jeni’s has easily become my top choice. I’m so glad I discovered you!

The cones are so good at Jeni’s. They have honey or honeycomb in them. Get it in a CONE!

So happy we stumbled upon Jeni's on our way to the Arena! Absolutely delicious ice cream (large servings!) in scrumptious cones made on site (that delicious toasted-cake smell, yes that's the cone you're about to enjoy). Tasty creative flavours along with well-done classic favourites.
