I tried my 1st hot sub today. It was a Mike's Philly and it was perfect. Now I need to try more of the hot subs as the colder weather is hitting the area. Great staff and clean shop! Definitely my go to for a quick lunch.

While at the counter ordering I was shocked to see the floor in the kitchen area was trashed and had a rather large chunk of cheese on the floor. Never seen it like this before. There was 1 customer eating & the girl behind the counter didn't look like she doing anything but maybe it wasn't her job to to keep the floor clean in hopes that an employee didn't slip & fall due to the trash and customers seeing all of the trash finding it disgusting.

On my first visit over 5 years ago in Westchase, I left without a purchase for 2 reasons. First, the cost seemed too high and 2nd the meats had funky names that I knew did not exist. Something like Proscutini, really, looks like boiled ham.Years later, post pandemic, the costs are more relatable and people seemed to like the product. So I tried it. As sub shops go, Jersey Mikes is a good, solid choice in that realm. Nothing spectacular, but a fresh, clean, appealing, straightforward flavor. Nothing to complain about as far as the product. "Cut Fresh" is their hook, and it seems to work. As far as cost, it's more than comparable product at other joints. While I like the product, cost keeps me walking out and going elsewhere.

The Jersey Mike's I go to has great people working there. They are very attentive and actually work safe and quickly to get out the orders.Vegetarian options: They have everything that they put on a regular sub that you can get with no meat.

They fire good employees, they have bugs that get on there food, the workers fight in front of customers ?. They don't fire the wrong people that work there it is a hostil environment don't work there.

If you order through uber eats, call ahead and make sure they have bread. Yes, that's right, the sandwich shop ran out of bread, and we waited over an hour to finally call the restaurant to find out they have no bread for the sandwiches. While I understand user's part in this - turn off your online order system.The response I got from staff was, "sorry we ran out of bread, we told them to tell you since we cannot contact you. We're closed now so best of luck!"

As a manager in food service, this was embarrassing. Woman named Linda was so rude and mad at coworkers infant of guests. Whole team is upset and arguing, right in front of guests. They didn't know what they were doing. I LOVE Jersey Mike's, but will not be returning to this location. These were adults, the manager was trying to descalate and ended with Linda leaving as she complains.
