I tried my 1st hot sub today. It was a Mike's Philly and it was perfect. Now I need to try more of the hot subs as the colder weather is hitting the area. Great staff and clean shop! Definitely my go to for a quick lunch.

While at the counter ordering I was shocked to see the floor in the kitchen area was trashed and had a rather large chunk of cheese on the floor. Never seen it like this before. There was 1 customer eating & the girl behind the counter didn't look like she doing anything but maybe it wasn't her job to to keep the floor clean in hopes that an employee didn't slip & fall due to the trash and customers seeing all of the trash finding it disgusting.

On my first visit over 5 years ago in Westchase, I left without a purchase for 2 reasons. First, the cost seemed too high and 2nd the meats had funky names that I knew did not exist. Something like Proscutini, really, looks like boiled ham.Years later, post pandemic, the costs are more relatable and people seemed to like the product. So I tried it.
