Service of staff on duty on Friday Aug 26, 2022 at 3 pm SUCKS, mean to customer if it takes time to read from you cell phone 3 orders, it has to be their way or no way, recommend never meeting such staff.
while I do enjoy the food at JM's, the gentleman working this afternoon (maybe a manager) needs to retrain on how to work with people. I have always ordered JM's via Uber Eats and usually enjoy it. this was my first time in the store at the westchase location in Tampa fl. I had an order of 5 sandwiches.
