Not the best customer service as others pointed out. The sandwiches are cut in half and not individually wrapped. An important note if you don't want to lose half your sandwich to the street like I did

I will say, I don’t eat Jimmy John’s often. However, I received exceptional service recently both in the shop and online delivery service. The food is fresh and fast, and quite delicious! Both the manager and staff are friendly and kind, and put love into all the meals. I was truly happy with my service from one of the bikers, Pat! He was kind and attentive, and made sure my order was taken care of. Will definitely be ordering again soon!

The cookies at Jimmy John’s are the absolute best, nothing comes close! Not to mention they have the absolute best customer service as well! If you guys are looking for good food and good vibes, this is the place!
