Love eating here at JR, the staff is always friendly and fast, they even took the time to serve us the ketchup with a Christmas theme!! Had an amazing time with the family,will definitely keep coming back, the food was delicious. Highly recommend 💕

Had my daughter’s 12th birthday here, before we went and saw wicked at NCG next door. They let us decorate, staff was wonderful, Joseph did an amazing job! What a fun day!

these shakes were so disgusting , they were moldy old fruit, i literally spit it out and everybody who i was with tried it, the cook was touching and slobbering on her fingers then touching and serving food, no gloves no hairnets all disgusting, would not recommend 0/5

We walked in to grab a diet soda, stood in the front waiting for service, they hand us a small Pepsi we asked for a large , they charge almost 4.dollars for a small drink , no a/c and and FLIES YES BUGS FLYING AROUND . wouldn't allow my debt card to charge till I gave a tip, sorry no way.

I ordered a cheeseburger with a medium soda. No pickles, as I'm allergic to them. What I got back was the cheeseburger plus fries which I did not order fries cause I don't eat fries and when I took a bite out of the cheeseburger. It was loaded and when I tell you loaded with slices of pickles. Thank God , I had an epi pen with me or I would have probably died and not to mention almost $17 price tag just to put my life in danger.NEVER AGAIN

This is exactly what you think it is... a greasy spoon diner. I wasn't terribly impressed with any of the serive or food my party ordered other than the milkshakes, those are good. But for the prices paid... there are many other choices and a Red Robin right around the corner that I'd prefer.

5 starts for our waiter, Tyler. We came to celebrate a kids birthday with a late lunch outing with about 13 people. He was very patient and attentive with all of us (even through our hectic craziness lol).

I ordered a burger and fries with a milkshake, food was as expected for a mall establishment. Can’t complain.

I know it's a chain & each one can vary, but yesterday my husband and I had the best tasting burger we've had in the state of Florida...and we've tried quite a few. It was the Route 66. The Sourdough chicken sandwich was delicious, too.

Waiter was very attentive. Burger good. Fries were not very hot. Onion rings above average price high $45 for 2 burgers, fries,1 order of onion rings and 2 small shakes
