I was very disappointed last night. We've been going to this KFC for almost 18 yrs. The Mac & Cheese was dry & even the gravy tasted different. I hope it was a one time mess up, because when I get take out, I want it to be good!!!
I ordered two five dollar fill up boxes expecting EVERYTHING to be there. I drove home and saw that a few items from my order were missing. So I drove back to ask for the rest of my items. When I finally got there, the girl in drive-thru told me that most of their items are out.. why was I not told this earlier?? So I asked for the manager. I went through the drive thru and was informed that they had no chicken ready and it would be 20 + minutes before any kind of chicken to be ready. If you are a chicken place, wouldn't you have chicken ready.....
