The chicken was wonderful and the staff very helpful and friendly. The atmosphere was exactly as you'd expect. After all, it's a fast food place. It was very clean and bright.

I went in and asked if they had anything I could eat because my phone was inop I have tap on me only at the time. I was on my bicycle I really wanted KFC and there is not one close to my house. I know that KFC has leftover stuff slot of the times a friend of mine is a big wig so to speak at YUM brands so I’m very familiar with the chain and from Kentucky. This hateful manager told me that she worked 60 hours a week if she can that I can and told me I can get a job. This the rudest most hateful thing any person at a restaurant ever said to me. This lady was ugly down to her core. Will be reporting this to corporate.

I placed my order through the app to be picked up at a store, however, the app showed a notice that my order was ready. When I arrived at the restaurant to pick it up, my order was not ready. They told me it would be ready in 10 minutes, but I waited almost 20 minutes.

Had a disappointing experience here I got the meal for two the chicken was dry. I ordered extra crispy and it was moist the outside of the the chicken that was supposed to be extra crispy. They gave me a half gallon of unsweet tea when I ordered sweet tea then I had to ask for a cupholder and the girl looked at me like I was crazy. The drinks were disgusting Pepsi products. overall experience, I will get this place no stars, but I had to put one star in order to rate this place I would never ever go back here
