So i've been there just a couple of times, ok-ish for far until tonight, ordered to-go. Got home and halfway through my sandwich i find this tag inside of my sandwich, i believe this has something to do with the chicken timer or something? Whatever it is, we're not buying from this place again, not worth my time and energy to drive back there, have some respect for customers, we're not all insane.

I recently visited this location for the first time, and ordered a two-piece chicken meal. I was shocked to see such tiny pieces of chicken. I had never seen such small portion in other restaurants. And there was a strong bad oil smell as well. I wonder if it had been replaced as frequently as required, or they just used bad quality of oil in the first place. It was not healthy to consume such food. I used to enjoy KFC chicken, really disappointed. I hope this post will encourage the management to do something about it.

I wish I could give this place zero stars the general manager the lady works during the busiest times and she’s so nasty and rude. This place is not ran correctly you nearly need to wait 15-20 minutes just for an order!!!Rating of ZERO if possible

I go here (or used to) a lot! I got warmed up food from yesterday. For almost $10, I expect somewhat fresh food. I order a meal with ice water. I can't/don't drink soda. They wanted to charge me $2 more for a bottled water instead of ice water. She was shocked and argued with me because I want ice water instead of soda. I don't understand this and will not go back. I can get a fresh sandwich with whatever drink I want at a restaurant and only $12 after tip for service. So disappointing.
I placed an order for the wrong restaurant thinking I ordered it here. The chat bot and The right restaurant was not answering, and I’m still waiting for help from support, but the staff were super kind and made sure my newly placed order was made perfectly. The manager Was extremely helpful, I appreciate you guys!!

Terrible experience. I wanted a refund for my meal because of the after effects of consuming the food. I had stomach pains and diarrhea for the whole day and night after consumption of KFC food, as well as the following morning. This experience never happened to me before at previous KFC stores (only at this one on Hillsborogh). Once I called KFC about the issue, the manager Yamely refused to handle my problem. I took matters in my own hands and showed up to the store in person and Yamely didn’t take my concern seriously. I was very frustrated about the way Yamely handled my situation and will never visit this store again. I also informed my family about my terrible experience. Anyone reading this avoid KFC on Hillsborogh at all cost for your stomach sake. Yamely also refused to give me the number for corporate so now I have no choice but to write a review.
