If you like biscoff at alllllll you have to try their biscoff ice cream bar!!! It’s perfectly sweet and delicious and the texture is easy to eat. Staff is very sweet and attentive. They have something for everyone there. I can’t recommend enough. 😊
Horrible service. The staff is incredibly rude, slow, and disrespectful. Never have I come into a store and have been treated so horribly. I’m a first-time customer who needed a moment to look at the menu and that was when the entirety of the staff decided that I didn’t exist, they only acknowledged select guests that came after me and never bothered to help me even when I so clearly called for help. Never was I rude or disrespectful and yet this is the service I get. Judging from the other reviews, this is consistent. Don’t ever spend your money at this dirty uncouth business.

Best ice cream in Tampa! I love the pistachio ice cream with strawberries and Dubai chocolate with a waffle. My younger son only likes vanilla but older son loves to try something new every time. Each one is always favorite. Very clean. Everyone is very friendly. We go every week if we can. 10 stars!!!
