My food was burned. The order was wrong. My friends food never came out and lots of other people had their food even tho she ordered a pastry no cooking required, when she asked about her food the guy said, of I thought this was hot food. IDK what that meals but ok. I guess her food had just been sitting back there. Meh, the best item was the avocado sandwich.

Food took almost 30 minutes past the given estimated online order pick up time. When I got the food back to the office we realized we were missing items even after I asked a staff member that I had everything. Took a second trip to pick up the rest of my order. The food is good but they really shouldn’t offer online orders if they can’t get it right. Just leads to upsetting a lot of people and wasting customers time.

Food was good but a 47min wait just for a sandwich and a pastry was unfortunate. The employees could have at least been sympathetic but instead just ignored us despite several tables that had come in even 30min after us were already served. Had we not already paid we would have left but at the 40min mark when I asked the cashier for a refund they again told us that the food was about to be ready and to wait. Honestly wish I would’ve just left and saved my time.

I came here for breakfast, had bacon, egg, cheese sandwich and, the food was great.
The best Muffaletta sandwhich in Tampa and St. Pete. Pastries are excellent, too.

Finally found a place that has great cuban sandwichs with great options. The bread is crispy yet soft. Meat is fresh and flavorful. Sauce on sandwich is on point and they don't mind putting honey mustard on the side (as requested). Super friendly staff and great environment!
