Checked out Paul's Fusion Kitchen while visiting Tampa, and had a fantastic time dining at this restaurant! We ordered the Oyster Rockefeller, Ahi Tuna, French Onion Soup, Thai Drunken Noodles with Shrimp, and Thai Tea.The good: All of the dishes tasted amazing! Very chill spot. Had their Chicken Pad Thai and it wasn't drowned in sauce and had a nice flavor to it. The service was attentive and nice. Their Thai Iced Coffee was pretty good too. Definitely will be coming back to try their other dishes.
