Thankful for the opportunity to eat a nice meal out with friends on Thanksgiving without having to cook or clean. However, we were sat 4 people at a table clearly designed for 2, as there were uncomfortable bars on the sides of the table. It took nearly 15 minutes for a server to approach us, and was 35 minutes from being seated for our cocktails to arrive at the table. The food, once it was coming out, was good. The meat and some sides for family style were a bit colder than we would like, but flavor was fantastic. Overall, it felt like they were understaffed, or perhaps just underprepared, to be sold out on Thanksgiving.

I was so excited to dine there from word of mouth and the reviews I read. I ordered the Salmon with the grains and greens and it was just ok. Not much seasoning, Salmon was crispy on the outside which was nice but again, nothing special. My niece had the snapper which had a wonderful miso sauce and taste. Service was good for the most part, a little slow on the drinks but we undersood as it was busy night. I was expecting wow and was underwhelmed! I will try it again when I visit Tampa.

I love the great customer service provided at Elevage. The Brunch menu has an incredible dish in the Chicken & Waffles, and I hope that it never leaves the menu (Compliments to the Chef!!). If you dine at the bar, you will be lucky to meet a Bartender named Carly, she is awesome!!!
If Élevage isn't on your go-to list, you should change that right away! The food was outstanding and the staff (especially Shawn) was truly exceptional. We had the charcuterie board, beet salad, Élevage salad, short rib, filet, and flourless chocolate cake with peanut butter ice cream. All were wildly decadent and super tasty. We will be back soon!
