“I hadn’t visited this location in years due to previous poor customer service, but the location is super convenient and I decided to give it another try with pretty low expectations. To my delight, the service had dramatically improved. The space seemed cleaner. Not only was my pizza hot, ready, and delicious, but Toni also provided prompt and efficient service that was unexpectedly pleasant. I decided to try it again, and Toni remembered me, greeted me with a warm smile, she even doted on my toddlers and ensured everything ran smoothly once again. It’s our go-to pizza spot now!“

“Just a little small on the inside. But other than that the service and food are pretty good. 😀

Parking: Gonna be hard to find a spot. The plaza is too small and not enough parking spots. That's the only thing I don't like about it.“

“Terrible. They don’t put any sauce on their pizza. Nobody wants dry pizza. I ordered 2 large cheese pizzas and I went back and forth with 2 employees about putting sauce on the pizza. They didn’t want to give me pizza with sauce on it. They were supposed to make me two fresh pizzas with sauce and had me wait 15 mins. When I came to get them, they gave me 2 pizzas that you could tell weren’t freshly made nor did they have sauce on them. I didn’t feel like continuing to go back and forth with them and my kid wanted it so I just left. My kid had to dip the pizza in crazy sauce. Terrible service. They pretty much refused to give me what I asked for which was pizza that actually has sauce on it. Won’t be going back. *Update: district manager reached out to me for a replacement order so I’m changing it to 4 stars. The employees weren’t happy about it all. They fussed the entire time they made the replacement order and acted as if they didn’t even want to speak to me. Not a pleasant location but my replacement order was much better.“

“Very good location. The app got my order wrong. They fixed it with absolutely no issue and offered me a free soda. Very much appreciate their amazing customer service.Made my pizza worth the wait. I’m eating my pizza right now and it tastes perfect“

“The food was good but I’m leaving this review mainly for an employee named Evelyn A. She’s the definition of great customer service. Last time I came in another employee messed up my order and she went out of her way to fix it. Today I went in and she recognized me from last time and made sure my order was right the first time. Basically she’s great and I always feel welcomed when she’s working.“
