“Great staff here! After the DoorDasher forgot part of our order in the pizza portal, we called and the staff not only confirmed it was still in portal but offered to keep it there warm for us to come pick up. Plus the pizza and bread always turns out great!“

“The cashier at the register was so rude and told us that we couldn't get a free crazy bread when it clearly says on every register that if the cashier serving and taking your order doesn't offer crazy bread with your order then you get one for free. But when we let her know that she didn't offer the crazy bread to us when she took our order, and could we receive our free bread she told us no... Flat out.... NO! Very very bad service!!!!“

“Just a little small on the inside. But other than that the service and food are pretty good. 😀

Parking: Gonna be hard to find a spot. The plaza is too small and not enough parking spots. That's the only thing I don't like about it.“

“Terrible. They don’t put any sauce on their pizza. Nobody wants dry pizza. I ordered 2 large cheese pizzas and I went back and forth with 2 employees about putting sauce on the pizza. They didn’t want to give me pizza with sauce on it. They were supposed to make me two fresh pizzas with sauce and had me wait 15 mins. When I came to get them, they gave me 2 pizzas that you could tell weren’t freshly made nor did they have sauce on them. I didn’t feel like continuing to go back and forth with them and my kid wanted it so I just left. My kid had to dip the pizza in crazy sauce. Terrible service. They pretty much refused to give me what I asked for which was pizza that actually has sauce on it. Won’t be going back. *Update: district manager reached out to me for a replacement order so I’m changing it to 4 stars. The employees weren’t happy about it all. They fussed the entire time they made the replacement order and acted as if they didn’t even want to speak to me. Not a pleasant location but my replacement order was much better.“

“Ok wow! I don’t know who was making the pizza tonight but please give them a raise! We ordered 3 different pizzas and they were all the best we’ve ever gotten from here. The toppings were evenly spread across and cooked just right. Thanks!“

“The food was good but I’m leaving this review mainly for an employee named Evelyn A. She’s the definition of great customer service. Last time I came in another employee messed up my order and she went out of her way to fix it. Today I went in and she recognized me from last time and made sure my order was right the first time. Basically she’s great and I always feel welcomed when she’s working.“
