Little Caesars in Lakeland

“I came by for dinner tonight on what I knew was a busy Friday night, which most people do. The staff here tonight were courteous and kind even in the face of being slammed, every guest that walked through after me was quickly greeted and their order was promptly taken. I had a bigger order so I knew there was gonna come with some extra wait time so I was patient, but let me tell you how I was not forgotten, the entire time I was there I was checked on as well a my order. However, the biggest issue that I had seen them face was a driver for DoorDash, he was rude to the employees, rude to the other guests in the store and definitely needs to work a Friday shift at little Cesar’s to learn how to respect the employees that were on shift. Everyone on shift was working their butts off and for someone to barge in ESPECIALLY AS A 3RD PARTY DRIVER and treat them the way he did, he should be removed from their roster going forward. I will vouch 100% for the staff tonight. I wish they were my employees, you should be proud.“

“Place is always busy and a wait. Best to order ahead if able. Cheap. Every now and then my order will either be raw looking or no seasoning on Italian cheese bread. Same with dipping sauce, could be super watery/no taste. Giving good scores this time because everything was great looking and tasting. I don't order the pizzas, so no idea how those taste or look. Italian cheese bread, crazy bread, and/or crazy puffs are my usual. This visit everything looked and tasted really good so it gets a 5 star. Other times 4, raw/something wrong a 2 to 3.“
