“My mother is over 80 years old this year and loves this brand of pizza. She lived in Miami before and ate it once a week for more than 20 years. This year she moved to Orlando and found this pizza shop. My mother is very happy she can continue to eat it., but my mother has a special habit, only likes to eat freshly baked pizza, so every time I go there and I tell the clerk that I want freshly made pizza. Every time I makes this request, the clerk seems a little unhappy. I also understand that there are things that have been prepared in advance. I feel unhappy when I am asked to do it again. In fact, I am the same. Every time because of this, I have to wait an extra 10-15 minutes, but there is no way. My mother seems to have special powers. When she opens the box, she knows that it is It was freshly baked, or baked in advance and put there for sale, because I tried it twice, and each time she noticed it and stopped eating it, so after that, I had to wait an extra 10 minutes each time. I bought freshly made ones. Now that we are in Orlando, we have been eating them for several weeks in a row. It’s just I want to tell you: I’m not suspecting that the pizza made in advance is no longer fresh. It’s because of my mother’s special habit of eating freshly baked pizza. If this has caused you some inconvenience and unhappiness, terribly sorry. and thank you again for making such delicious pizza.“

“If you would like a quick meal and not that bad of a price I would recommend Ceasars. Since they have the hot and ready pizzas I dont have to wait. The wings are good as well.Parking: It's a little parking spot but since there is no dining in area you will always have parking.“

“Love the food, We try to get something different each time to make each time a unique pizza experience. My favorite is deep dish with chicken, pineapple, onions and green peppers. I always get extra marinara l like to dip pizza in the sauce. Great prices, great food!“

This lady was so professional, and so polite from the moment she picked up the phone. I place the order online & called to make special requests because I suffer from my stomach disorder of acid reflex, I was only requesting light sauce, but when she answered the phone, she took the moment to understand my illness and make sure she had my order exactly how I ask I experience a completely different situation with the Old Winter Garden location, but Miss Rose on John Young has really made my day great customer service she is the face of Little Caesars and she holds it very well and with pride I am a very, very, very happy customer. They also always strive to have orders ready before the ETA given by the mobile app, which is a plus! The staff are helpful and hard-working. I personally believe they do their best to maintain good quality control.
