“Even due to the obvious short-staffed shift - both ladies gave the best customer service. Dealing with online orders, walk-ins, and food prep - they maintained a level of professionalism and positivity that the everyday person wouldn’t be able to handle. Kudos to them for keeping their cool and being NICE.“

“Great staff here! After the DoorDasher forgot part of our order in the pizza portal, we called and the staff not only confirmed it was still in portal but offered to keep it there warm for us to come pick up. Plus the pizza and bread always turns out great!“

“I ordered one of the specials for this month which was the pretzel crust pizza with pepperoni and red sauce, 8 pc crazy bread and crazy sauce for $9.99. So, I ordered for pickup on the app. Pickup was easy and fast, although, the quality of the pizza looked great, but wasn't. The pretzel crust and pizza was cooked great, except there was just absolutely too much of the crunchy salt added to the crust. I had to brush off more than half just to be able to eat the pizza. I have had this in the past and it was way better with less salt. Not sure if maybe a new crew member might have made this one or not, but it was way too much! The crazy bread and sauce was fabulous, as always. Little Ceasars manager, please make sure that the future pretzel crust pizzas aren't coated with the salt. Makes it almost impossible to eat.
Overall, I do love this location and don't really have any issues, except for this one.

“I recently visited the store where Steven works and would like to recognize his outstanding professionalism and dedication.

When I arrived, another associate attempted to assist a customer but was unable to do so. Steven immediately took the initiative to step in and help. Not only did he successfully assist me but he also took the time to help me with my online order. His willingness to go above and beyond did not go unnoticed.

Steven is a true team player who clearly cares about providing excellent customer service. Employees like Steven are increasingly rare today, and his dedication should not be overlooked. He is truly an asset to your company and represents the standard we should all strive for in the workplace.

“Terrible. They don’t put any sauce on their pizza. Nobody wants dry pizza. I ordered 2 large cheese pizzas and I went back and forth with 2 employees about putting sauce on the pizza. They didn’t want to give me pizza with sauce on it. They were supposed to make me two fresh pizzas with sauce and had me wait 15 mins. When I came to get them, they gave me 2 pizzas that you could tell weren’t freshly made nor did they have sauce on them. I didn’t feel like continuing to go back and forth with them and my kid wanted it so I just left. My kid had to dip the pizza in crazy sauce. Terrible service. They pretty much refused to give me what I asked for which was pizza that actually has sauce on it. Won’t be going back. *Update: district manager reached out to me for a replacement order so I’m changing it to 4 stars. The employees weren’t happy about it all. They fussed the entire time they made the replacement order and acted as if they didn’t even want to speak to me. Not a pleasant location but my replacement order was much better.“

“At this point I’m sure they know I’m the one who always gets the crazy bread with extra butter garlic sauce lol. It is my absolute highlight of my days. Somehow tonight, 2 of the closing workers really stood out to me. They were kind and as always super accommodating as they were closing up. I couldn’t catch their names before they closed, but if you’re reading- this thank you both for being so kind. It was really what I needed after my long day at work :))“
