Is this a scam thinking he can intimidate kids? Was he confused? Does just not understand English? My daughter contacted mall security to make him go away.

The staff doesn’t speak English at all. That is not a problem because I speak Spanish. I asked for a pepper chicken and another spicy chicken. They served my food and when I tried to eat it, the chicken was not good. It tasted like rotten meat and I was not able to eat it. I used to have food here on a regular basis, now I don’t think I would get back.

In this place, do not leave a tip, because they do not give it to the workers, it is for the owner of the restaurant. They only pay the workers $80 for eight hours, in the International Mall where there is a lot of flow of people and tourism, this is undoubtedly called sanctioned slavery.

Nothing is labeled. They can barely speak/understand English. I asked for crab wontons and I get plantains! I didn’t watch them, my fault I was busy looking at other food trying to figure what everything was since it’s not labeled.

Not a great experience. The staff do not speak English at all. Also they are rude. There was a small portion of shrimp left which looked rubbery, I asked for some fresh cooked shrimp. The staff was not able to communicate my request to the boss. They ended up using google translate to communicate with him which I found very unprofessional. Also you are spending 13 dollars and the portion size is really poor.

Food was just terrible. Tasted like it had been there since yesterday. Chinese restaurant with Spanish employees that don’t speak English. I couldn’t even get extra sauce because they didn’t understand the words. all of the vegetables in the rice, and in the chicken were raw. just don’t go here.

I don't think the bad reviews are justified. You can try and taste every meat they have and make your choice after and rice and vegetables were great. Plus the other customer crying for a 0,50$ extra when it's clearly written on the boards, i mean stay home and cook yourself it's going to cost you more... great taste, great price, great service thank you Lotus Express

I have eaten here on the 4th of Sept 2023: The two ladies (spanish speaking) were super rude and I could tell when they switched from english to spanish speaking that they were talking bad about me! The bourbon chicken was disgusting: Very watery, no taste and the meat was over. Orange chicken was a disappointment to. Noodles overcooked. what I noticed when the cook refilled the meat buffet: They dont know anyting about "first in, first out". They just poor the "fresh" cooked meat over the old one. That's why there is always some food laying in there for an entire day! Food poisoning warning!Further, you have to ask for a receipt, because they charge you extra with tip without asking! I paid over 15$ for this overpriced disgusting plate of food! Shame on you! never ever will we eat here again!
