I have been coming to this café for many years. The food is always awesome and during the week the service is also pretty good. Unfortunately, The service on this weekend was horrible. I actually left with food that I did not even order. I planned on sitting out front on this beautiful day and enjoying my salad.
When I mentioned to the young lady who was very condescending that I had ordered chicken salad and not grilled chicken she was very put out. I told her I would still eat it, but I needed a plate since I was eating here. That sent her in a tailspin and she needed time to understand what I was requesting. I think when she rolled her eyes, that was all I needed so I just left. Bummer.

Been coming to this location for many years and it's changed. The lemon soup was so small and watery. They are not generous with their ingredients, especially the feta what thin slice. I visited same restaurant in Trinity and a totally different experience. Very friendly and salad and soup were GREAT. I honestly don't patronize the Citrus Park location.

This is THE spot for Greek food. You can tell it’s authentic. You can even hear the dad yelling in the background about how two half sandwiches make 1 whole, and “how do you not know that?” 🤣. The trio spread is so good, the bread is golden and crispy. If you’re on a diet get the lettuce wrap appetizer, with the gyro meat.
Read this part carefully, the Gyro meat is so good, you will develop a craving that only can be solved by eating here. 10/10. 5 Stars. I’ve been eating here with my two boys for over 10 years, but I never left a review because I’m selfish, and don’t want yall to crowd my favorite eat spot. Be polite, this restaurant is 3 generations deep, and I want him happy to keep it going for as long as possible.

I honestly love this place. They make amazing greek salads with the potato salad. I like the fact that they put the potato salad on the bottom, opposed to on top. I think it makes a world of a difference. It's one of the best salads I've had. It's one of my newer fave places.
Dietary restrictions: Very understanding and didn't have an issue with editing my meal. Very nice employees
Kid-friendliness: They were welcoming to everyone, both locations I've been to.

Food is absolutely outstanding. Best potato salad ever. The pork MOJO sandwich is unique and amazing. I so love the house chips with tatzhiki and feta on it. The fish sandwich has incredible flavor.. no place is perfect but hot damn I really love Louie

I had the unfortunate encounter with Kevin the manager. I shared that I didn't want some items on my salad but would like extra anchovies and he rudely said ok but you will pay for each one you request. He failed to help an elderly man in front of me.. just plain poor service by Manager Kevin.

We drive miles and miles to get to Louis Pappas’ restaurants and cafés, and our closest one closed. We are delighted that this cafe is just as good and flavorful, and the service is quite good. The only difficulty was finding handicap parking and a ramp to get the wheelchair in there, but it is worth the trip!

We took our long time friend here for her birthday lunch. She got the chopped Greek salad and chic lemon soup pick two! She was ok with her food , asked for 1 extra schrimp .it was 85 cents extra. She wanted coffee and was given a paper cup and a coffee pod to make herself ! My friend Barbara ordered the dalmades and small greek salad , not enough dressing , same paper cup and pod for coffee and while eating she found a piece of buttered bread at bottom of her salad. We reported but they said she had bread and must have dropped it in salad? I got the pick 2!lemon chic soup , fine , small salad with scoop of potato salad ! Not enough dressing and lettuce wilted under potato salad ! Not the best birthday lunch !

Mgr (going bald) is very rude! I placed my order with Uber eats, in addition I paid for a side of potatoe salad, once I got to the restaurant. I had already showed him the Uber eats conf for 2 gyros, he stated that he didn't see it in the computer, plus another employee had told him that it was an Uber eats order and proceeded to ring me up for $22, when in fact, I paid $13 through Uber eats. Mind you, the gyros were already bagged up, smh
ME: if you didn't get the order, why is the food already made and ready to go with my name and order on it!?
The audacity!! He never even apologized for 'his mistake' and I told him that he was very rude!
I won't be patronizing this establishment ever again!??I will take my services elsewhere.
