Bro this place is too expensive to be this wack. Fries aren't crispy just soggy. And rice is pretty bad tasting. Their spicy chicken is just texas pete thrown on some chicken. Chicken is very chewy as well and lacks of taste. Place is very overrated.

They changed the boneless chicken wings and their quality is on par with cheap chicken nuggets. The meat is now a mystery mixture. Also they hardly coated the wings with sauce

Found this place today....mixed reviews with the 3 of us. One Gen x and 2 Gen z. Love the logo, branding, location, spacious interior has a warehouse feel..the music was good BUT way too loud... the refrigeration units were also loud which made it difficult to think straight and hear to order or have conversation at the table...the staff seemed not to understand well Due in part to all that noise...the menu board is difficult to process BUT they were quick to show the large number of menus printed out so that helped.... they don't have any prices for drinks on their print menu...idk about the board...we had a $40+ bill for 2 people which was unexpected since the orders were 10.99 and 11.99 BUT it was large sized for the fries and drink for one of them and there was an extra side of jalapeño poppers so...thats what happened there...3.99 more to upsize....plus an added single drink that was tea but we were given lemonade at first..she fixed it [the tea from the fountain is super nasty on its own but good when used with a mouthful of food..weird] the poppers were the best I have ever had!! Yummy! The chicken and waffle fries were really good as well..the chicken was a Lil dry but the breading was perfect and it was plump and good quality the waffle fries were crispy...if you have issues chewing it may be best to skip those items bc it was a work out BUT super large portions [even for the one that wasn't up sized] and very yummy.
I'll go back but I'll do take out and not upside. I really love the logo and even the paper the stuff is wrapped in is an excellent touch and vibe is fun the staff was courteous and helpful.

Every time I come to Mad Chicken, it is. The service is on point, the food is on point, the sauces is amazing. I don't eat chocolate so I've never had the fried Oreos but I have had their raspberry chimichangas. Chefs kiss to their entire menu. And they're open till 3:00 in the morning. It's never a bad time to go to Mad Chicken
