I love mad dogs! Our bartender was a sweet young blonde. We got pizza and burgers. Everything was fantastic. She checked on us many times. No complaints. Can't wait to see the new location!

The food is good but service has been abysmal the last few times I’ve gone. I waited 45 minutes this past time and they didn’t even take my order. I walked out.I won’t be returning.

We were really disappointed in Mad Dogs. We went over spring break and there was hardly anyone else in the restaurant (two tables I think). Service was unbearably slow. We waited probably 20 minutes to order and a solid 40 minutes later didn't have our food. We finally just asked for it to go as we had somewhere to be. We paid cash and had to wait probably 5-10 minutes for change. It was ridiculous given how few people were in the restaurant. Pretty sure there were only two people working that day, the server and the cook. If you want to attract customers, you need more staff working. Also, our food was average at best. I definitely didn't feel like we got our money's worth, unfortunately. We will not return.

Been a few years, but stopped in for a pint of Guinness. It was 'off'. Tasted very bad, I think they need to clean their lines.

Great neighborhood hang out. Food and beverages are always on point. And Jerry is an awesome bartender.

Mad Dogs is a fun locals' spot with good food, proper pints and friendly staff and regulars! A local recommended this place to me while I was on a business trip. They have a small outside bar and seating area that is more like a front porch at your buddies house. The inside has several tables and another bar area. I sat at the the inside bar where you get full service and menu. They have a couple tvs and when the bar tender/manager saw me watching a game on my phone he changed the channel for me without asking. The beer tap offering is up to snuff with a few English pints of which to choose. Their menu has several English, Irish and American choices. I chose the fish and chips (pic attached). It was perfect. The fish was hot, crispy and delicious. The amount of hand it fries was ridiculous but they were salted well and hot. Everyone knew each other and they made me feel welcomed. It was such a good experience I'll be back to try the burger soon!

Lovely environments, but the only severe beer and wine. Reasonable pricing with fantastic customer service.

Highly recommend this hidden gem. I’ve probably driven by this place at least a couple dozen times and never noticed it. The fish are chips are the best I’ve had in a long time. I got the truffle fries with it and it comes with ketchup, tartar sauce and vinegar. Also recommend the scotch eggs. I was pleasantly surprised when the egg was still runny and cooked to PERFECTION.Parking: Parking can be a little tight

After a walk down Bayshore with my two pups we needed a place to cool down and grab a quick bite. I stopped here on a recommendation from the "BringFido" app, which shows pet-friendly locations for dining, recreation, and hotels. I left a review there as well, but suffice to say we had a wonderful time here! Our waitress was super attentive and brought a fresh water bowl out shortly after our arrival. I got the Scotch Eggs and a local IPA, while my two labs split a doggie chicken dish. The whole meal was just over $20, and it was a perfect little break before we walked another couple miles back to the car. Thanks for the great service, I'll definitely be back!
