I bought myself a very interesting strawberry-mango smoothie to continue with my family day.

We've eaten at all three Maestro's; By the River, Restaurant, and Cafe. Will never do By the River again. The sandwiches were very average and the service was TERRIBLE. We will definitely return to the Restaurant and Cafe. The food has been top-notch at both. Yes, the Cafe is a buffet, but the food isn't "buffet food." It's gourmet with selections suitable for any culinary connoisseur. We have been fortunate to have Tony as our server in both venues. He was very attentive, friendly, and hospitable. We will definitely return to Maestro's Restaurant or Cafe on our next visit to the Straz.Vegetarian options: I'm not vegetarian, but there seem to be many vegetarian options.Dietary restrictions: There are multiple options for dietary restrictions.Parking: The Straz has VERY limited parking. You either have to valet ($25), which is limited. Or you have to park in an offsite parking garage.Wheelchair accessibility: An elevator takes you upstairs to Maestro's Restaurant. The cafe is floor level.

The limited menu before a show was not what we expected. The salad/charcuterie table was great as was the dessert. The two entrees were served cold. We returned them. One was returned barely warm, the other still cold. The waiter did not come to check on how things were after the second entree was delivered Very

Food was great, service was great. We went after our show but we were asked if we had already been to the show by our server for timing reasons. The table next to us was in before their show and they were clearly being served at a fast pace to ensure they were out on time. The soup, salad, and app courses are all buffet style and the food is good. The entree portions are a good size and the great tasting. We had the duck and lamb, both amazing. I also had a few cocktails from the list, which were balanced and tasty. The music was partly from the current show, which I thought was sweet. Would recommend.Vegetarian options: Veggie barWheelchair accessibility: Elevator access to 2nd floor

Food selection has improved with the new chef. Usually nicely themed to the theater show. They offer a vegetarian and 4 meat entrée selections. The proteins are very good but the accompanying sides are boring and need improvement. They seem like just an after thought. They do not add anything and usually bring down the entrée presentation. The antipasto table is is wonderful and offers a nicely varied selection. It would be nice if bread/rolls were offered. It is well maintained and replenished as needed. The only problem is the temperature of the soup it is very often just barely warm! It tastes great but someone needs to check temperature. The bar offers a decent wine selection and most cocktails are available. The wait staff is courteous but for some reason there is no one to remove used plates. I have to ask to have them away soup/salad dishes, while waiting for the entrée. When order is taken, food arrives quickly at the correct temperature.Manager is always there and available to help.A great place to enjoy dinner before the show.Parking: Not close. Can be a problem if it is raining because there is no protection to get from the garage to the restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: There is an elevator.

It pains me to write this review. However, if I didn't, some unfortunate people may make the mistake we did. After several years watching the restaurant go downhill. We gave it 3 chances to redeem themselves. We took friends for a night out for dinner & theater. They had never been to Maestros to eat. With much hesitation we decided to take one last chance in hopes that the evening would prevail in a positive light.WRONG, our 6 pm reservation failed us because of our server. We suspected he was drunk after he nearly knocked me out of my chair not once, but twice. Which at the time we laughed off. Only out of embarrassment. Food arrives an hour later. Leaving no time to enjoy dessert or coffee. The manager came to our aid. By this time it was 10 minutes to showtime and we all 4 were more than disappointed. When it was confirmed that an employee was drunk while serving guests. NEVER WILL WE BE BACK.

We did not realize from the Strazz website that this dinner was a buffet... Which is not our first choice. However, the food was much better than we had expected and staff was friendly and nice. If you like buffets and if you like to eat a lot, this is a good choice before you see a show.

Just. So. Bad...We were seated and instructed to begin at the salad/antipasti buffet, and told that our server would be by to take our drink and entree order. No plates were available at the buffet station. After notifying a nearby server of the plate situation, we (along with a group of others) eventually gave up and used soup bowls to gather what we could (mind you, we were all on a time table because of needing to make it to the show). Some of the soup bowls were dirty, which was unappealing (and especially unacceptable for a restaurant at this price point). It was another 15 minutes before I was able to flag down a server to take our order and get water. Service was slow, and it was not relaxing to have to continually check our watches as show time drew closer. The entrees were very average. They were out of the dessert we selected; instead, we got a very stale piece of bland cake. The server's comment was, "At least it was free; it didn't cost you extra." What??? Not sure how that makes sense because it was included in the meal's fixed price. Overall, an extremely poor experience. We found it very overpriced for the quality of the food, service and atmosphere. A 100% regret.

We love a stop at Maestro's before a play. The service is always impeccable. Our personal favorite server last season was Wes, but they are all amazing. The food is fun and titled to match the play showing. Some dishes have been better than others, but nothing we have been served has ever been bad. They also go above and beyond to accommodate food allergies as one in my party has them, and this makes dining so much easier to know she is safe and the staff cares.Dietary restrictions: Great adherence and substitutions to accommodate dietary issues.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of space throughout for walkers and wheelchairs.
