If I could give zero stars for the service I would but it doesn’t give that option. Absolutely the WORST service ever, the waiter never came around to check up or refill, we waited 30 mins for a small appetizer because he forgot to put it in cause he was too busy taking shots and smoking hookah at the bar with other employees, mind you the place was EMPTY. We were there for almost 3 hrs in an empty restaurant then the server had the audacity to add in 18% gratuity…just ridiculous. Do not come here and expect decent service.

HORRIBLE. Service. Spent 2 hours here in total, took 20 minutes for our appetizer that was practically cold, said that they were making it “fresh”. Another 20 minutes for our sushi Rolls that came one at a time every 10 minutes also because they were making it “fresh” , he took forever for refills. Our “garlic” fries were normal fries and said they put a “garlic powder” which is why we can’t taste a difference….. Whole time our server was taking shots and smoking hookah at the bar!! Saw the back of his head the whole time we were waiting. And they have the audacity to add an 18% gratuity.

This food was amazing the service was good a little bit of a language barrier but I can’t brag more on the phenomenal tasting food, the atmosphere was also great the drinks are awesome as well thank you for making my daughters birthday memorable if they played more diverse music this would be my go to date night spot I can’t wait to go back for that food out party of 6 enjoyed it so much this is a beautiful restaurant very colorful

If you are a person of color (black) DO NOT COME HERE we waited 2 hours to be seated , another hour for WATER & another hour for our food , they set us ALL the way in the back where we could barely waive our waiter down , we watched ppl with much larger parties than ours receive there food , Our food came out cold and wrong ! When we asked them to fix it they tossed the plates back at us like we were animals. We are NEVER coming back here again and I will be posting in alll socials

The menu had a kids side that had Chicharroncitos and fries for $10 we ordered that for our toddler and got charged $12 for the chicken and $6.50 for “garlic fries” so almost $20 for a small plate of chicken chunks and French fries? I don’t ever complain about prices when I go out but I know the server was trying to finesse and charge us for more than what we got. The service was also terrible on top of that.
Good food never tried Mofongo before it was good I got the roja vieja weekend special ... loved the beef and sauce !!! I really loved the empanada trio and the sauces. The restaurant is super cute for pics and great music ! You can also order hookah which is separate for $35 and you pay $15 for refills never been anywhere that charges refills so I didn't love that ... service was decent they were nice but food took a while which was crazy cause appetizers were out fast.

I hosted a surprise birthday party for my mom here tonight( Feb 24) the atmosphere was wonderful, the food, the music. Such a wonderful experience had a blast there. It was such a nice experience to come back and see that they renovated this place from Green iguana. Our server tonight was Margarita. She was the delight, so attentive, and so sweet and so accommodating. I’m so happy she was our server. Even though some people of our party were a little difficult, she was still the best she could be and she deserved all the tips that she got. I can’t wait to come back. I will definitely be sharing my experience and recommending you guys.Would definitely recommend for anyone that likes Hennessey. To get the brown sugar it was so good.
