We order here all the time and it’s always late getting done. We placed an order for delivery at 3:30 for delivery at 4:30 … we live 10 minutes from the store but we’re stuck working or we’d get it. It’s now 5:30 and they have been telling us for the past 30 minutes that the driver has the food and is on the way. I understand busy but at this point it’s just a regular issue. Can’t wait for the cold pizza.
I haven’t ordered from here in a long time and won’t again either because it took them a very long time to deliver my pizza even though they said 30 minutes and it took an hour and I called and they didn’t even try to make it right just kept saying my bad🤦🏻♀️
Bad customer service, I had a coupon and they were trying to avoid accepting it. I called in to order and the guy made me repeat my info about 3 times, then when I tell him about my coupon he says I have to present it at the store, so I tell him why if I have given coupons over the phone before, so he tells me to hold on that he will "check with the manager." So he comes back saying my coupon offer is no longer valid (even though it's 09/02, my coupon expires 09/07) so apparently...read full review

Marco’s Pizza on Hanley Rd. is recommended. The pizza is very good, with a Pepperoni Magnifico that is so tasty. A sausage pizza was HOT, loaded with sausage, great sauce and cheesy. The atmosphere is exceptional and clean, with many togo and delivering orders coming in and out. The services are praised; the people in the front are pleasant, professional and attentive. A young lady in the back is kind, patient and useful, helping customers with the Spanish menu. This is the only place to buy pizza from when wanting pizza.
