We had one good experience with these guys but the second order was a debacle. After waiting an hour (confirmation promised 40 minutes), I had to cancel the order - it was getting late and the party couldn't keep waiting for food.Staff was short with me but they said it would be cancelled.Minutes later I received a "delivered" notification so I had to call again. They assured me that it would be corrected and I wouldn't be charged (though they had to "call the owner" because they didn't know how to work the computer system), but yeah...here I am filing a dispute with my bank because of their ineptitude.Don't bother, there are plenty of other options out there.

Ordered on line at Marco's web site. That was a mistake. Got email confirmation for order but was told at store they didn't have my order. I was asked for the order number. Didn't have it and had never been asked for one in over six years. Have been told by employees at the Northdale store NOT to use the website but to call them to place an order. The backend systems, i.e. website, ordering process, has gone from ok to really bad with at least three revisions over the last year. I will not be ordering from Marco's again.

I always order for Mark’s whenever I can. I really enjoy their Pizza. yesterday I had a meeting a gentleman and Ron Chapman, who was a former comedian and he was kind enough to do some jokes and impersonations. I recommend asking for him if you had the opportunity for delivery. It was a nice surprise.
