The service was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!!! I waited to place my order for about 2-3 minutes only to drive around to the SECOND window where my order was taken. Based on how she act, she was the one that was to be taking orders anyway. She turned away to talk to a co-worker, who looked very unkepted (as a Customer Service Rep in a PUBLIC place), she then looked back to take my money, without counting back the change or a “one moment “. My husband went through the drive thru and had to go back through it for my missing food. Then he gets home and our 20 piece nuggets was shorted almost half the nuggets. He asked for both ranch and bbq sauce, we got neither. Our large fry was more then half empty. We try not to go to this McDonald's. Sadly it was the closest thing to us and the kids were hungry. I live by this McDonald's so its convenient! But they need training on professionalism! And they are so slow no one could be in the drive threw�
