Service is always quick and honestly this location is the best one to go to compared to the rest in the area. Food is always hot & they are consistent. ?
Ordered 2 cheese burgers and a mcdouble with 2 fries. Pulled us up into a parking spot(drive thru?) for 20 min while a girl walked out with orders and didn't have a clue who it went to. Finally got our food and it was cold and stale.

Food was average. The service was terrible, there was only one person really working and several just standing around watching. Ordered inside and watched the drama unfold. It took > 15 min for our food. One person took their break when there was a huge rush and was picking their nose (they only handed food out the window). Another customer had walked in from the drive thru, they had forgotten part of her order and the crew completely ignored her, she never got the other part of her order. No unsweet tea. No straws.

Literally the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Took 30 minutes to get my order. They were playing around and hanging out. Crazy that a McDonalds so close to Busch Gardens is so awful.

Ordered a Steak, Egg, and Cheese Bagel. Steak was old and rubbery, no sauce, no onions. Took their time getting food while playing on phones. Hoping I don't get food poisoning. No receipt. Went to another McDs and ordered the same thing, and that one made it properly and expediently.
